Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

CloudNation ApS, CVR 44102943, c/o Toldbodhusevej 23, 2. th., 5000 Odense C, is the data controller for the personal data processed through the FenceSnap web platform and mobile app. Questions about this policy or your data can be sent via our contact form.

2. What we collect

• Account data — your name, email address and company name when you create an account or are invited by your company.
• Product content — product photos and 3D model files (GLB) you upload to build your catalog.
• Customer and project data — your end customers' contact details, installation-site addresses, and saved AR fence designs captured by your sales reps. Your company is the controller of this data; we process it on your behalf. If your company invites an end customer to the mobile app, redeeming that invite links the customer record to the customer's own sign-in account; invite records (including the email address they were sent to) are erased together with the customer record.
• Support requests — the name, email, company and message you submit via our support form.
• Technical data — server logs (IP address, timestamps, requested pages) kept for security and operations.

3. Why we process it (legal bases)

• Providing and operating the service, including sign-in emails — performance of a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
• Answering support and demo requests — our legitimate interest in responding to you (art. 6(1)(f)).
• Security, abuse prevention and logging — our legitimate interest in protecting the service (art. 6(1)(f)).

4. Subprocessors

We use a small number of service providers to run FenceSnap:

• Google — optional Google sign-in (OAuth).
• Amazon Web Services (SES) — email delivery, EU region.
• Cloudflare R2 — object storage for uploaded product photos and 3D models.
• Hetzner Online GmbH — hosting and storage, located in Finland (EU).

These providers process data on our behalf and under our instructions.

5. Camera use in the mobile app

The FenceSnap mobile app uses your device camera to render augmented-reality previews. Camera frames are processed on the device and are not uploaded to our servers.

6. Retention

Account data is kept for the life of your account and deleted within 30 days after account deletion. Support emails are kept for up to 24 months. Server logs are rotated on an ongoing basis.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase and receive a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict our processing. Contact us via our contact form to exercise these rights. You can also lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.dk).

8. Cookies

We only use strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie that keeps you signed in and a cookie that remembers your language. We use no analytics or tracking cookies, which is why you see no cookie banner.

9. Changes

We will update this policy as the service evolves and change the date at the top when we do. Material changes will be announced in the product or by email.
