1. Who we are

FenceSnap is operated by CloudNation ApS, CVR 44102943, c/o Toldbodhusevej 23, 2. th., 5000 Odense C ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using FenceSnap you accept these terms on behalf of the company you represent.

2. The service

FenceSnap is a business-to-business platform that turns fence and gate product photos into 3D models and lets sales teams visualize those products at customer properties through the FenceSnap mobile app.

3. Accounts

Accounts are intended for business use. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity that happens under your account. Keep your sign-in email accessible and secure.

4. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service — including uploading content you lack rights to, attempting to breach security, reverse engineering the platform, or using it to build a competing product. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Your content and intellectual property

You retain all rights to the product photos you upload. You grant us a license to process them into 3D models on your behalf. Generated 3D models are your customer content. The FenceSnap platform, app and brand remain our property.

6. Measurements and AR previews

AR visualizations and any measurements shown in the app are indicative only. Always verify dimensions on-site before fabrication, ordering, or installation. FenceSnap accepts no liability for decisions made solely on the basis of AR previews.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service available and performant, but provide it "as is" without an uptime guarantee. We may change or improve features over time.

8. Payment

Fees, billing periods and any trial terms are as agreed in the applicable order form or subscription agreement between your company and us.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may terminate or suspend access on material breach of these terms. Upon termination we delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is capped at the fees your company paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be announced in the product or by email before they take effect.
